The exterior shell has an IP65 rating making it suitable for outdoor placements in banks, hospitals, prisons or office buildings.

Rich Audio and Video

The Fanvil i18S uses a CMOS sensor that ensures the device will produce 720p HD video which, when combined with a large field-of-view of 120º x 109º, allows faces to be seen clearly. Users are guaranteed superb audio with the intercoms full-duplex speakerphone and HD voice with G.722 coding. Background noise is no issue either, as there is built-in integrated noise reduction in both the microphones.

Works in Harsh Environments

Thanks to a rugged aluminum casing the device has an impressive IP65 and IK10 rating, making it perfect for outdoor security solutions. The intercom has a large operating temperature range of -40ºC to 70ºC making it suitable for a variety of environments. Tampering is no issue either, as the device comes with an anti-tamper alarm. Flush-mounting support also makes the device harder to be maliciously damaged.
