The AVer EVC 300 video conferencing system is suitable for small and medium businesses.

The conference system is a high-performance 4-site MCU video conferencing system that delivers content sharing and real-time video streaming in Full HD 1080p quality. You can expand the number of points by acquiring licenses of up to 10 points.

The EVC300 allows you to connect up to 4 locations, regardless of their location. The EZMeetup software allows users to connect through PCs, laptops, Tablets and Smartphones, ensuring that no conference will be lost.

PTZ camera with 16X optical zoom

The camera included in the EVC300 is equipped with a 16X optical zoom that offers horizontal panning of +/- 100 ° and vertical panning of +/- 25 °, allowing close-ups of attendees even in large conference rooms. The camera is delivered with a support that allows it to be mounted on the table, wall or ceiling of your room.

Content sharing and Full HD video

One-touch recording

Record your videoconferences (video, audio and shared content) directly on a USB flash drive, converting them into video files to prevent loss of information after your meetings. Play recorded meetings with your EVC300 system or through your PC or laptop using AVer's VCPlayer software.

integration / Remote access

Access the EVC300 remotely and solve problems easily in real time with WebTool, AVer's web-based management platform. Use Wake-on-LAN (WOL) to remotely power up the EVC300 through a local network, or Telnet to integrate the EVC300 into the audiovisual equipment through a LAN or Internet.
