What is the Bresser CO² Smile for?Bresser CO₂ Smile is a CO₂ monitor that analyses the concentration of carbon dioxide, the temperature, and the humidity of the space in which it is located, through a simple and intuitive device. In enclosed spaces, the higher the concentration of CO₂ in the air, the greater the risk of particle transmission in the air. That's why Bresser CO₂ helps to analyse air quality and advises you when to open doors and windows and optimally ventilate the space.Quick and simple viewIt is designed with an LED display with extra-large numbers showing 8 possible levels of CO₂ concentration in ppm. The evolution of these levels is highlighted by different colours and emoticons for easy indication. With a personalised audible alarm, you'll know when to ventilate to avoid the concentration of gases, viruses, bacteria, or pathogens that are in the space.Memory function for the data of the past 24 hoursThe device is powered by the supplied charger. It can be held vertically thanks to the support behind it, to enjoy its functionality. Lastly, it has a memory function that displays the minimum and maximum values for the last 24 hours, as well as the average values for the last 15 minutes and 8 hours.How do I properly install the detectors?It is advised to install it at mid-height and in a neutral zone (no people on top of it and no draughts). It must be installed in an area that is considered neutral, not very close to the ventilation of people (it is advisable to have about 2 metres of separation from any person), nor would it be advisable to perform the installation on ceilings because the air is denser and has a tendency to descend to the ground.There is no coverage or range number of CO₂ metres, i.e. the air that reaches you will be measured, which is why its placement is important.
