Design for small office needsThe BT Decor 2200 Corded Telephone is a stylish, easy to use phone for any home or small office. It is cost-effective yet still packed with all the features a small office would need from a desk phone.The Decor 2200 features a 50 name and number phonebook and 30 name and number caller ID memory displayed via the 3-line display. It also had last number redial which is accessible via a button on the face of the phone. This phone has some advanced telephony features, such as PBX compatibility with an access code, hearing aid support and 3 ringtones, as well as all the standard telephony features, including a secrecy feature, redial, call indicator LED and ringer volume buttons. For other calls it asks the caller to say their name and asks you whether you want to accept or block that call – therefore you never have to speak to a cold caller again!Freedom to multi task with hands-freeBy using the speakerphone function button you can take calls and listen to messages hands-free. The impressive 50m indoor range and 300m outdoor range gives you the freedom to move about when on calls.Answer machine to record up to 60 minutes of messages  With the BT 4600 you can digitally record up to 60 minutes of messages. There are pre-recorded outgoing messages or you can record your own. There are two modes, one that allows callers to leave a message and one that answers the call but does not allow them to leave a message.  You can access your answer machine from the handset, the base or from any Touchtone phone. When handset call screening is turned on, you can listen to the caller leaving a message and even decide to interrupt and enter the call.Large contact directoryYou are able to store up to 200 entries in your contact directory, which you can easily access by pressing the contact function key. There is also speed dial and call list functions.  Simple to use with the big button designThe design of the BT 4600 has big buttons and a large clear screen, making it very easy to use - most functions can be completed by the touch of a button.
