Very easy to use

Yealink offers a complete Zoom Rooms package containing a full set of hardware (MCore, camera, audio devices and touch console and the touch console), as well as the necessary software and licensing, simplifying the purchase and deployment process. Comprising a touch console, audio/video peripherals and MCore, the Yealink ZVC840 enhances the complete meeting experience with the familiar Zoom Rooms interface and a near-zero learning curve, allowing you to simply walk into the conference room and start your meeting with a single touch of joining, or type in a few names and launch an ad hoc calls.

Excellent audio and video features

Yealink ZVC840 includes three microphones with 360° pick-up range and a powerful pan-tilt-zoom camera with 12x optical zoom, to cover a large conference room. The UVC84 is Yealink's next-generation camera that supports 4K/30FPS video calls to make your business discussion as interactive as possible. For its premium voice quality, the solution is combined with the Yealink audio algorithm and is equipped with three or four microphones supporting a voice pick-up range of 6 metres and 360°. With automatic framing and camera preset, it can free the user from complicated PTZ operations. In addition, Yealink Noise Proof technology effectively eliminates distractions and background noise, ensuring crystal-clear speech even in a noisy environment.

Simple to install and easy to use

This solution provides you with Yealink MTouchⅡ, an individual touch console that separates from the mini-PC, not only making deployment flexible but also rewarding you with a tidy and smart conference table. With the eight-inch multi-touch screen, Yealink MTouchⅡ allows users to join the meeting, add participants, adjust the volume and control the camera's PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom), making meeting management a breeze.

Easily manage devices remotely

Yealink's device management platform or cloud service can easily manage Yealink Zoom Room Kit, allowing administrators to remotely control devices with ease. The platform supports remote configuration, firmware upgrade, monitoring and diagnostics. Through Windows Update, users can get the latest version of the UVC camera driver and Yealink plug-in for Zoom Rooms, further enhancing the user experience of Zoom Rooms.
