The Sennheiser CC 550 with CSTD 01 Bottom Cable is a perfect headset for using in call centres with a noise-cancelling microphone which blocks out background noise and 2 extra large leatherette earpads which help concentration and make it comfortable for wearing all day. Its adjustable headband is padded and is attached to a flexible microphone, ensuring perfect positioning.
