The 8845 encrypts video and voice communications for security and offers access to a full set of unified communications features.

In addition, Cisco Intelligent Proximity combines the worlds of desktop and mobile when you use your mobile device for work. You can move the audio path to 8845 during active mobile calls to take advantage of its excellent audio acoustics. An example would be sharing a conversation with a colleague who is listening. This ability gives you greater flexibility when you are on your desktop.

Offers 5 programmable SIP lines

The Cisco IP phone 8845 offers 5 programmable SIP lines. You can configure passwords to support multiple directory numbers or call functions such as speed dialling. You can also increase productivity by handling multiple calls for each directory number, using the multiline per line feature. Fixed function keys give you one-touch access to applications, messages, directory, as well as frequently used calling features such as hold/resume, transfer, and conference. The backlit acoustic keys provide flexibility for selecting and switching the audio path.
