The Audioropa Transmitter Xepton TX-1 is part of the Audioropa Xepton Tourguide system. This tour guide system consists of several portable elements that are affordable and easy to use. The Xepton line offers devices that can be used in different situations, such as a tour guide system (one-way communication), in a team (full-duplex) and for example in a lecture room. The receivers of the Xepton system can be connected to hearing aids so that even those with a hearing difficulties can understand everything.

Small and powerful

The Xepton TX-1 is a small but powerful transmitter with connections for headphones and microphones. It is easy to start and use. Once activated, the device is immediately ready for use. The LCD display informs about the current settings of the transmitter. If necessary adjustments have to be made, settings can be modified by using only three buttons. You can use these to navigate through the menu options and to configure the transmitter.

Range up to 150 meters and long battery life

The maximum signal range depends on the environment, up to 150m and the transmission time per battery lasts for about 20 hours.

NOTE: only one channel can be active within a group number. The extra activated transmitters with the same configured group number generate interference in the reception quality. In case you want simultaneous transmission of several transmitters, use multiple TRX-1 transceivers instead of the TX-1.

IMPORTANT: Xepton is specially designed for use in a noisy environment. For this reason, the microphone range is reduced to filter background noise. This feature makes it necessary for the microphone to be close to the mouth. This can be done with headphones, an ear microphone or a clip microphone.
